According to data shared by online real estate platform Square Yards, the property is in demand from home buyers in Noida and Greater Noida. In the fourth quarter of 2023, Rs. 7481, an increase in transactions of Rs. 3179 crores.
Yamuna Expressway Area
The data is based on properties registered by the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) in Uttar Pradesh. Noida Central saw 247 properties worth ₹157 crore during the period. while the Noida Expressway saw 205 units worth ₹109 crores.
Greater Noida West, also known as Noida Extension, recorded 6,366 properties worth ₹2,643.7 crore. It is reported that 643 units have been registered in the ‘Yamuna Expressway’ area.
There is Strong Demand in Noida.
“Noida and Greater Noida have everything that epitomizes a modern cosmopolitan city. Excellent road and metro connectivity and strong infrastructure. Good Societies in Greater Noida
Greater Noida West and Noida Extension have ready-made, affordable, and luxury apartments. Good societies, low density, quiet surroundings, and proximity to educational institutes, commercial hubs, and office campuses have seen the highest number of transactions.
In contrast, Noida’s micro-markets have reduced supply in the city. Peripheral areas of Noida and Greater Noida have seen a decline in transactions due to the availability of more premium yet affordable options.
