Scheme Was Launched on February 16
“Of the 25 plots, six commercial plots are in Sector 84A (Hosiery Complex), four in Sector 16, three in Sector 31, 40, 64, 69, two in Sectors 70, 71, 80, and 82, and one each in Sector 39. The scheme was launched on February 16. It will continue until March 7,” the official said.
The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) value of these plots is 10 percent of the plot cost, or Rs. 4.9 lakh to Rs. 66 lakh. Applicants are also required to pay a non-refundable processing fee to participate in the e-auction process.
“These commercial plots are located in prime locations near markets, metro stations, and office areas of the city. They can become better investment avenues for business purposes. We expect a good response from buyers,” he said.
