Ashiana Housing in Jaipur Launched two luxury residential projects with a temporary investment of over Rs. 200 crores. Among these projects is the premium villa project “Ashiana Nitara” while another is the high-end luxury apartment project “Ashiana One44”.
In the villa project, the company has completed 56 villas. The other project will offer 144 luxury apartments.
First Phase of Ashiana Nitara
“The company has launched Phase 1 of “Ashiana Nitara.” It is located in Bhankrota Kalan, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur. Phase 1 of the “Ashiana Nitara” project has constructed 56 villas with a total area of 1.27 lakh square feet (sq. ft).” The company said this in a regulatory filing last month.
Ashiana Nitara spans across 8.09 acres and features villas available in 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Out of the 56 villas launched, 14 villas in the project have a sale value of Rs. 22.90 crore and a salable area of 0.32 lakh sq. ft.
The Asiana One44 Development Will Cover 3.5 Acres
Similarly, ‘Asiana One44’ will be developed on 3.5 acres of land. The average size of the residential units in the project is around 2,700 square feet. Has a presence in the senior and assisted living segments.
The plan aims to provide 144 high-end apartments. The real estate company announced that it will implement its development in stages. Phases 1 and 1A are expected to be completed by December 2028.

Asiana Housing expects its net profit to triple in December 2023 to Rs. 27.79 crore and in December 2022 to Rs. 9.05 crore, an increase of 207.07 percent.
The Delhi-headquartered company in December 2023 is expected to raise Rs. 184.47 crore in net sales in December 2022 to Rs. 129.93 crore, an increase of 41.98 percent. The company’s EBITDA in December 2022 is Rs. 15.65 crores with an increase of 139.55 percent in December 2023 to Rs. 37.49 crores.
