Also known as the DDA Housing Scheme, the second phase of the e-auction was launched on January 18, 2024. As part of this scheme, DDA will provide 707 houses. DDA Housing Scheme: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened registration for the e-auction of its luxury apartments, including penthouses, in Dwarka Sector 19B. Officials in the know said the e-auction will start on February 5, and the last date for registration is January 29.
707 apartments will be e-auctioned under this scheme. The penthouse reserve price is Rs. 5 crores, while a Super HIG (high-income group) flat costs Rs. 2.5 crores and for HIG, Rs. 2.19 crores. 192 2BHK MIG (Middle-Income Group) flats will also be part of the e-auction. The authority conducted the first round of e-auctions for 296 apartments on January 5, of which 274 apartments were booked.
The second round of e-auction registrations is now open and will continue till January 29. Interested candidates should submit the required documents before January 31. The e-auction will start on February 5. A DDA official told Moneycontrol that a detailed schedule for the auction would be issued separately in the near future.
In the e-auction, 192 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 along with seven penthouses, 32 Super HIG apartments, and 476 HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B are on offer.
Registration process
Candidates who wish to bid on the flat must first register on the e-auction portal, https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI/. And separately Rs. 2,500 will have to be paid, said the DDA official.
Prospective applicants must provide a designated booking amount, known as EMD, for registration. The booking amounts are as follows: Rs. 15 lakhs for HIG flats, Rs. 20 lakhs for Super HIG flats, Rs. 25 lakhs for Penthouses, and Rs. 10 lakhs for MIG.
