Introduction
Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has announced the launching of Ashiana Vatsalya, a residential project for senior citizens spread across 17.9 acres in Chennai. This project is located inside Mahindra World City.
Located within Mahindra World City, Phase 1 has 258 units with all amenities. The project was started with around Rs. 400 crores. Ashiana Vatsalya’s land is under perpetual lease. The entire project will be built in eight years. It will be delivered in five phases.
