Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has announced the launching of Ashiana Vatsalya, a residential project for senior citizens spread across 17.9 acres in Chennai. This project is located inside Mahindra World City.

Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing, said. “With this project, we want to set new benchmarks in retirement living. Investment for Ashiana Vatsalya is primarily funded through internal resources. An additional 8–10% will be offered as a loan.
