The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has drawn up a scheme for the allotment of eight mixed land-use plots to attract industrial, commercial, and data center companies.

Officials said that applications for plots can be made till January 22. YEIDA is responsible for the development of Noida, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh near the national capital.

Location And Plot Information

The plots are located in YEIDA Sector 24 along the 165 km Yamuna Expressway connecting Greater Noida and Agra. These are close to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, which bypasses New Delhi and passes through Haryana and UP, the proposed Film City, and the Noida International Airport at Jewar.

Sizes range from 40,000 square meters (sq m) to 91,000 sq m. Plots can be used for industrial and commercial purposes and for setting up data centers.

Prices

Plot prices are Rs. 16,642.9 per sqm to Rs. 17,600 per sqm. Depending on the size and location, the price of the plot is likely to be between Rs.67.20 crores and Rs.151.81 crores.

Allotment

After interviewing the applicant companies, parameters like their profile, financial health, and previous experience with projects are evaluated and allocations are made. Applicants are awarded points for each parameter. A Fortune 500 company may get a different score than a midcap company. Allotment will be based on the final score obtained in the process.

Payment Plan

Applicants will have to pay 30 percent of the total amount (including the registration fee) within 60 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter. The remaining 70 percent is payable in 10 equal half-yearly installments. 10 percent interest will be charged on the outstanding amount.

Application forms and brochures can be downloaded from www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. Applications should be submitted on the Nivesh Mitra website

After applicants generate an invoice (challan) from the Nivesh Mitra portal, through RTGS/NEFT with YEIDA excluding GST Rs. 25,000 to deposit a non-refundable processing fee.
