The Dahisar project covers an area of 2.13 lakh square feet for Rs. 325 crores with top-line potential. It is connected to the Western Express Highway and the Metro via Andheri. Earlier, Kolte Patil executed the Vayu residential redevelopment project in Dahisar.
The Versova project is spread over Rs. 0.93 lakh sq ft with a top-line potential of Rs 220 crore. It provides metro lines and coastal road connectivity between south Mumbai and western suburbs. It has access to rapidly expanding public infrastructure including the proposed Versova-Virar sea link.
