According to the latest report by Knight Frank India, there were 6,938 residential property registrations in Hyderabad in February 2024. 21% year-on-year (YoY) and 27% month-on-month (MoM) growth. In February 2024, 45% of registered assets will be Rs. 25–50 lakhs fall in the price category. It has become the largest category of property registered in Hyderabad. Smaller homes (less than 1,000 square feet) are in moderate demand. Registrations in this category fell from 20% in February 2023 to 16% in February 2024. However, properties above 2,000 square feet are in demand. From 10% in February 2023 to 13% in February 2024.

The Hyderabad residential market has four districts namely Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajigiri, Rangareddy, and Sangareddy. Covers home sales related to the primary and secondary real estate markets. At the district level, Ranga Reddy and Medchal-Malkazgiri topped the list with 43% of registrations in February 2024. Hyderabad district accounted for 13% of the total registrations in February 2024.
